Strong Tower Carpentry LLC (“Strong Tower,” “we,” “us”) is a father-and-son remodeling company in Satellite Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through strongtowerremodel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us
When you request a quote, fill out our contact form, or use the chat on our site, you may give us:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and the address of your project
- Details about the work you’re interested in and anything else you choose to tell us
- The messages you send through the chat on our website
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information when you visit, including the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location based on IP address, and how you interact with our pages. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags (such as utm, gclid or fbclid), we keep those tags with any request you send us so we know which ads are working. We use cookies and similar browser storage to do this.

Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or your project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and website, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Cloudflare hosts our website, provides basic visitor analytics, and runs the AI assistant behind our website chat.
- Resend delivers the emails that let our team know about new requests.
- Twilio sends text alerts about new requests to our team.
- Microsoft Clarity helps us see how visitors use our pages, including recordings of clicks and scrolling. It is set up to mask what you type into forms.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) helps us measure and improve our ads. When you send us a request, we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number with Meta so it can match the request to an ad, without revealing the details themselves.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Our website chat
The chat on our website is an automated assistant. Conversations are saved, along with the page you were on and your IP address, so our team can follow up. Please don’t share sensitive information such as payment details in the chat.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
- You can manage the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you by contacting us below.
How long we keep it
We keep request and project information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations. After that we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections to our website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our website is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
